– Act as a departmental liaison within Creative Services teams (Print, Web, Social Media), managing timelines and schedules to ensure that delivery dates are met.
-Route all projects within Creative Services and to internal clients, obtaining approvals and direction to ensure that materials are produced with accuracy and on time.
-Work with outside vendors on obtaining estimates for printing and various collaterals.
-Conduct weekly production meetings with production and creative teams to ensure that projects are on track and produced to expectations.
-Maintain and distribute daily project priority list and weekly production status report.
-Filing and keeping track of job jackets as needed.
– Bachelor’s degree.
-2-4 years of traffic coordination, production or related advertising experience.
-Fashion/accessory/beauty industry is preferred.
-FilemakerPro and Adobe software experience a plus.
-Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
-Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and have strong sense of urgency.
-Experience with developing comprehensive schedules and timelines for multiple projects.
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels.
-Demonstrated proficiency working with a Mac to create PDFs and J-Pegs.
