Purpose:
To design promotional materials of professional caliber able to attract and win business for the company.
Measures of Performance:
- Accuracy
- Satisfaction of agents with graphics
- % of deadlines met
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, create and publish flyers, brochures, direct mailers, marketing packages, newsletters, newspaper and magazine ads, internal office posters, greeting cards and invitations, seating charts, and organizational charts.
- Create graphics to be used in print and also in email or on web pages
- Transfer and edit photos from digital cameras
- Recreate electronically unavailable logos
- Edit and arrange text for legibility on a page
- Maintain a coherent style thus reinforcing brand recognition
- Ability to interact pleasantly with agents and co-workers
- Exhibit a willingness to accept any project presented
Qualifications:
- Minimum of an Associates degree or commensurate experience
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Able to prioritize and complete multiple projects during the same time frame
- Strict attention to details
Experience Required:
- Some prior experience a plus
