The Graphic Designer will be responsible for:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment performing various packaging and channel marketing design projects
• Work closely with the lead graphic designer on various facets of the company’s marketing initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Take ownership of small scale graphic design projects
• Ability to take constructive criticism for Creative Director as well as incorporate feedback into designs
• Strong conceptual skills
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, partner agencies, photographers and other vendors
To be successful the Graphic Designer will have:
• Minimum college or university diploma in graphic design, visual communications, related field
or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of advertising/brand design experience
• Wicked web-folio is a must, along with print examples
• Proficient with all aspects of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.)
• Understanding of branding, typography and package design
• Self-starter with strong initiative and creativity
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines and incorporate feedback intelligently
• Ability to think and respond quickly, while maintaining attention to detail
• Agency experience is an asset;
• Retail package design experience
• 3D rendering a plus; Keyshot or similar software
• Love of collaboration across disciplines with team members at all levels
